What is a site survey?

A site survey is when we bring our equipment to your location to test signal from our towers.

The site survey determines service availability, required equipment and the best location for the equipment.

We don't normally schedule site surveys unless we need access to a structure. If you would prefer to be present during the

site survey please be sure to tell us and we will contact you before coming to your location.

Unfortunately not all site surveys are successful, however the technologies we use allow us to maintain a very high success rate.

Surveys are required to ensure we deliver quality broadband service to our customers with minimal installation time.

Site surveys are completely free of charge and are not a commitment to obtain services.

We do ask that survey requests come from parties who are serious about obtaining our services.
